I'll start: In Skyrim, I had a dragon that spawned backwards, flew into the ground, and launched an entire village of NPCs into orbit. The game didn't crash though, which is impressive.

Goldeneye 007 on N64 - if you looked at the floor in a specific spot in the Facility level, the FPS would drop to about 3. Found this as a kid and thought my console was broken.

FIFA 23 once spawned all my players as goalkeepers. Full squad, 11 goalkeepers. We still won 3-0 somehow.

In Cyberpunk 2077 at launch, V's car drove itself into the ocean during a cutscene. The dialogue kept going while I was underwater. Johnny Silverhand was just talking like nothing was wrong.

Minecraft: placed a bed in the Nether, it exploded (as expected), but it created a perfect circular hole through 40 blocks of netherrack. Like a cartoon bomb. Never reproduced it.

Tekken 7: my character's model got replaced with the stage floor texture. Just a flat plane doing combos. Still won the match.
